Steven was born and raised in the small town of Ephrata, Washington on his family's local farm. In his academic days, he showcased his sharp mind by placing 2nd in the 8th grade spelling bee. Before jumping into the world of Employee benefits, Steven put hard hours into the fields of construction and manufacturing. After settling on the Westside and joining the Tidal Team, Steven now lives with his fiance Tressa and roots for the home teams at T-Mobile and Lumen Field. 

Steven’s primary goals include forging relationships with his clients and helping them optimize and grow their businesses. As part of the primary leadership at Tidal, Steven has used his years of experience to grow his team and is a leader in industry for cultivating unique approaches to businesses common and independent struggles with regard to benefits.

Allison is a Washington native who graduated from the University of Washington Business School in 2006 with a degree in Finance. Allison worked her way through college with Starbucks where she spent over 16 years. Her favorite cup of coffee is _____. She currently lives in Seattle and shares a passion for gardening with her mother and Grandmother. 

At the Tidal group Allison continues to manage clients needs by managing ongoing needs for both business owners and their administration teams. With previous direct carrier experience and years of running her own book of business in Burlington she is familiar with the ins and outs of the market landscapes in the Northwest. Allison is responsible for managing the maintenance of Tidal’s book and advocates for her clients through her relationships with carriers and providers. 

Michael McEntire is a seasoned professional with over 10 years of expertise in payroll and accounting. Beyond his commitment to numbers, Michael is a former ASU Rugby player who brings the same level of dedication to his work as he did on the rugby field. His adventurous spirit is reflected in his love for hiking and the outdoors, exemplified by his remarkable achievement of through-hiking the Pacific Crest Trail from Mexico to Canada.

Michael's compassion and diligence extend not only to his professional endeavors but also to his personal life. He shares his home with two beloved dogs, Mocha and Toke, who are undoubtedly his loyal companions in both work and play. With a unique blend of financial acumen and an adventurous heart, Michael McEntire is a professional who brings passion and reliability to every aspect of his life.

Kaylin, a Pacific Northwest native with an adventurous spirit, started her professional journey in family therapy in Oregon, earning her master's degree from Lewis and Clark College in Portland. Initially serving as an intake therapist for Medicaid and high-risk clients, she later utilized her international therapy degree to work abroad for five years, Upon returning to Washington in 2020, she settled in Snohomish on a growing homestead with her husband Nate, Dalmatian Taco, 4 alpacas, and 7 chickens.

Her transition into insurance, specializing in property and casualty, began shortly after her return to WA. Kaylin leverages her diverse background to streamline processes, effectively bridging the unique needs of business owners into a singular, cohesive approach. Her multifaceted skills demonstrate resourcefulness and flexibility in addressing intricate issues while maintaining composure and emphasizing her commitment to customer service.

Kaylin's overarching objective is to serve clients effectively and cultivate enduring relationships beyond the confines of the office.
